Vegas Valley Book Festival

The Vegas Valley Book Festival is in its tenth year. It "is a celebration of the written, spoken, and illustrated word." (source) Who doesn't love a chance to get together with other readers and authors to honor books? Which is why I am in Las Vegas for the weekend! What's even better, Saturday is a day full of Young Adult awesomeness! The all-day event features 18 different authors gathering for panels, series and conversations. Some of the biggest names in teen fiction, fantasy, and paranormal fiction will be there; including: Jay Asher, Rachel Caine, Tera Lynn Childs, James Dashner, Heather Davis, Bree Despain, Becca Fitzpatrick, Liz Gallagher, Rachel Hawkins, Sophie Jordan, Lindsey Leavitt, Cat Patrick, Stephanie Perkins, Lisa Schroeder, Emily Wing Smith, Daisy Whitney, Veronica Wolff, and Suzanne Young.
