Yep, you read that right! Myra McEntire confirmed today that the Hourglass books have been optioned for film by none other than Twentieth Century Fox!
I've not read this one yet, but some close to me have read it and loved it! I'm looking forward to getting the chance to read Hourglass and even better would be getting to see it on the big screen! What great news this is for lovers of this novel and, of course, for Myra herself!

Myra mentioned on her site that this cover was leaked quite early. It was not supposed to be revealed until March 2012, but here it is. Also, this is only the Advance Reader Copy cover, as of this moment. It is not guaranteed to be the final cover, but it is a beauty nonetheless.

Oh my gosh, this is SOOOO exciting! I LOVED Hourglass! The guy they choose to play Michael better be HOT! ;)
I'd noticed earlier today on Goodreads that the Timepiece cover wasn't available anymore, and it made me wonder. Now I know. Such a shame if it's only the ARC cover, because it's absolutely breathtaking!
I have this book on my very huge TBR pile! This news is incentive to move it up. And I agree, that cover is amazing!
